Admissions The Academy of International Education (Australia) seeks students of ability and talent. Admission is based on a combination of academic achievement and English proficiency. Students who have completed units in a similar course from other accredited education providers will be given recognition on presentation of a verified transcript, award, statement of attainment or results. Students who have some of the competencies in the course may apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)/Recognition of Current Competency (RCC). Please read the Student Information Handbook, this document contains important information relating the policies, rules and regulations related to you studies with The Academy of International Education (Australia). 5. You will be issued with a Conditional Letter of Offer which will include an invoice listing the costs of your selected course(s) and ESOS Framework. Please read ESOS Framework and Student Declaration and Agreement . Please sign and return to us the Student Declaration and Agreement . If you are from assessment level 1 & 2 country, please skip step 6 to 8, go to step 9 6. If you have been assessed as assessment level 3 or 4 in the student visas country, you will need to send or take your visa application form together with your Conditional Letter of Offer and any other documents you may need to your nearest Australian Embassy or Consulate for Pre-Visa Assessment. 7. If your Pre-Visa assessment application has been successful ( you will have received in writing a successful application letter from the embassy ) fax or email a copy of this letter to The Academy of International Education on +61 3 9429 6388. 9. 10. Fees may be paid by bank draft or bank transfer, payable to The Academy of International Education (Australia). Please request the bank account information from us. 11. Once we receive your payment, we will issue an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment form ( eCoE ) to you for student visa processing. The form will be transmitted through the Internet to your Australian Embassy or Consulate. The original will be sent to you. You will need to present the eCoE to the embassy for completion of student visa processing.
