Admissions for Domestic Students

Students who have completed units in a similar course from other accredited education providers will be given recognition on presentation of a verified transcript, award, statement of attainment or results. 

Entry Requirements and Selection

Selection for enrolment in our courses will be approved for applicants who meet the course selection criteria:

  • All applicants are selected based on completion of the Enrolment Form.

  • Applicants should be 18 years old or above.

  • Applicants must satisfy educational requirements where applicable (i.e. Year 10 or equivalent).

  • Applicants with no formal qualification but who can provide evidence of relevant and sufficient work experience may also be considered.

  • Mature aged students, students with disabilities, Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islanders are welcomed.

Selection for all courses will be conducted consistent with the principles of access and equity. The Director of Studies and our admission staff will assess the potential of students to achieve the stated competencies

With our staff’s assistance, complete the Enrolment Form and undertake a Pre-Training Review including a Language, Literacy & Numeracy test to confirm your suitability, learning goals and eligibility.

Bring:

  • Valid ID (i.e. Medicare Card, Australian Passport, Birth Certificate)

  • Certificates or transcripts (if applicable)

  • Concession or eligibility evidence (if applicable)

  • Credit transfer or RPL documents (if applicable)

Your enrolment and Pre-Training Review will be assessed by the Learning Development Manager or by an authorised admission staff.

If all required documentation and identification are in order and it is assessed that you meet the enrolment requirements for your course, we will aim to provide your enrolment confirmation during your visit.

If further review is required, we will contact you within two (2) working days.
